Why practices switch to PPS for credentialing.

Real-time application status.

Every payer, every provider, every state — in one dashboard. You see what we see.

Same-day callbacks.

Your account manager picks up the phone. No tickets, no portals, no two-week response loop.

17 years and 50,000+ providers.

We’ve already done it in your state, in your specialty, with your payer.

U.S.-based account managers.

Assigned by region with at least 5 years of credentialing experience. Not a call center. Not outsourced.

A clear four-step process — and you see every step.

Discovery & audit.

We audit your current credentialing state — who’s enrolled where, what’s lapsing, what’s missing. You leave the call knowing exactly where you stand.

Application sprint.

Your account manager begins applications across CAQH, payers, Medicare, Medicaid, and any required state licenses. Status visible in real time.

Payer follow-up.

This is where most credentialing fails — and where we earn our keep. We chase payers, escalate stalled apps, and keep your file moving until it closes.

Maintenance & expansion.

Re-credentialing, panel changes, new provider onboarding, location additions. Same team, same SLAs.

What’s the difference between credentialing and payer enrollment?

Credentialing verifies a provider’s qualifications; payer enrollment is the contract that lets you bill an insurance company. You need both — and most practices conflate them.

Most commercial payers take 60–90 days from clean submission. Medicare averages 60 days. Medicaid varies by state. We compress this with parallel applications and active payer follow-up.

Pricing depends on volume, payer mix, and whether you need ongoing maintenance. Most clients land in a predictable monthly range — we’ll quote during the discovery call.

They can — but most don’t do it well. Billing and credentialing require different relationships, escalation paths, and payer expertise. We explain the trade-offs in detail.

Some payers will pause your enrollment status until you re-attest. Worst case: claims start denying for credentialing reasons. CAQH maintenance is part of our ongoing service.

Yes. Re-credentialing cadence, panel additions, and location changes are all part of our maintenance service — you don’t track it, we do.

Stop chasing payers. Let us do it.

A 30-minute discovery call gets you a credentialing audit, an honest answer on whether we’re a fit, and a clear price — at no cost.
